Honey Pistachio Salmon

Salmon is one of our "go to" proteins each week. This dish is simple and healthy but tastes rich and decadent. What more can you ask for?


  • Skinless salmon filet (2)

  • Shelled pistachios (1/3 cup, chopped)

  • Light honey mustard (2 tbsp)

  • Honey (2 tsp)

  • Black pepper (1 tsp)

  • Salt (to taste)


  1. Preheat oven to 375. Spray baking pan or glass dish with olive oil spray.

  2. Place salmon filets in the dish. Spread honey mustard onto each filet. Then top with chopped pistachios.

  3. Lightly spray the pistachios with olive oil spray to help them brown while baking. Then drizzle honey over the top of each filet.

  4. Place in the oven to bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes. Cooking time depends on size and thickness of salmon. Enjoy!
